What kind of artwork
will you accept?
We can accept e-mail, isdn or disc. Simple return address’s
,PPI’s and BRE’s can be set by our studio.
We do not offer a design service but would refer you to
acegraphics.co.uk. |

What if I am unhappy
with the job?
We are happy to supply a sample of our envelopes and we
would always proof you before we printed. Obviously if
there is a genuine fault with either the envelope or the
printing we would replace the free of charge. |

Can I supply my own
envelopes?
Of course. Simply use the Overprinting
Price List cost the job and add on the price of film.
We are also happy to supply unprinted envelopes from
our Stock Envelope

What’s the difference
between a Wallet and a Pocket?
A wallet has the flap on the long edge of the envelope.
All our gummed wallets are suitable for mechanised mailing
machines.
A pocket has the flap on the short edge of the envelope.
Our Pockets are either self seal or peal and seal. |

How long does self
seal last before it dries up?
Manufacturers only guarantee the latex for six months.
As long as the envelopes are stored in a dry place without
heat extremities they should last for at least a year.
Peal & Seal has an extended shelf life. |

Are there any limits
to what I can print on an envelope?
A few simple rules to follow:
1. Avoid printing near the window
2. On four colour jobs leave a 10mm grip edge along the
top at the envelope.
3. If there is heavy coverage of the copy bleeds of the
edge there will be an extra charge |

How do I pay?
On receipt of you order and art work we will prepare a
proof for you to check and a pro forma invoice. When we
have received you approval and payment we will proceed
with your order. Unfortunately at present we are only
able to accept cheques. |

What happens when
the Post Office introduce PIP (price in proportion)?
Due to be introduced in August PIP will mean that only
envelopes up to 162x235 will qualify for the existing
postage rates. Up to 324x229mm will have its own rate
and a further increase for the larger sizes. |
